The first software (pukallvit) gives 2 frequencies, you have to try them both with the second software.
It only finds frequencies if you give it a Signed 16-bit PCM Mono , prefer 44100 hz file.

The second software (pukallvip) requires an input file (the scrambler sound) and an output file name, example: output.wav,
it's in this file that the unscrambled sound is written before being played on the speaker.
Once in playback you can click more times on +100 or other buttons,
the frequency changes and the sound is replayed from the beginning,
it's then very easy with your ears to check if the frequency is good or not.
It supports signed 16-bit mono PCM files, but not just 44100Hz.

Click About for supported sound format types.

Youtube samples are bad because compressed by Youtube,
the good frequency is not found by the first software,
you have to do the search by hand with the second software.
Start with the first software to have a starting frequency and then click on +100
until the sound is correct and after +10 or +1 to adjust.
